PLANO, Texas – Rent-A-Center Inc. will hold its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in a virtual format on the morning of June 8.
The company alerted shareholders of the meeting in a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. As part of that filing, it attached various proxy materials to shareholders and other interested parties.
The meeting begins at 8 a.m. Central Time. After the meeting shareholders will have an opportunity to ask questions directly to management regarding the business.
The proxy materials also contain information and instructions on how to vote on various matters under consideration. The meeting will take place via live webcast and can be accessed by clicking here.
