On the political and military front, U.S. China relations has been an often tense dance between governments. However, in arts and education, many say the relationship is deepening. Some say this is progress that is reaping economic and cultural benefits for citizens from both countries, while others are much more skeptical. VOA’s Elizabeth Lee reports from Los Angeles.
