• Juan Andrade Parra made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a stalking charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the stalking charge is at 1 p.m. on Dec. 17. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The contempt hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Dec. 22. Bond is set at $4,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Butoyi Patiance made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 28. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Nivek Tecumseh Kautzer made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, an improper use of lanes charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference for the driving under suspension and lane violation charges is set at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 12, 2022, in Magistrate Court. Kautzer pleaded guilty to the speeding charge and the fine is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.

• Robert Dante Roberts made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 12, 2022, in Magistrate Court.

• Debra Ann Peska along with counsel Breanna Nelson made an initial appearance on two counts of a theft-fifth degree charge. The judge issued a deferred judgment and placed Peska on self-probation for one year with a civil penalty of $105 per charge and court costs of $60 for a total of $270.

• Victoria Dawn Estrada made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 28.

• On Tuesday, Jaydon Anderson, 19, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.
