An Asian Night Market for a Returning New York City Food Festival - The New York Times

The Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival returns for in-person dinners and tastings next month.

The annual Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival benefiting Gods Love We Deliver and the Food Bank for New York City returns to in-person events this year (with Covid protocols observed), Oct. 14 through 17. Among the scores of dinners, tastings, cooking demonstrations and wine events is a new Asian night market in Times Square. Led by the Food Network personalities Jet Tila and Molly Yeh, at least a dozen stands will be assembled for the walk-around street food fest, among them Poova Bavishi of Malai, Ly Nguyen and Patrick Lin of Em Vietnamese, and Tatsuya Sekiguchi of Tatsu Dallas.

Asian Night Market, Oct. 16, 10 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Margaritaville Resort Times Square, $150, nycwff.org.
