FAIRMONT — The Elkins 8-10-year-old All-Stars dropped an 11-1 decision in four innings to Hurricane Friday in opening day state tournament action at Mary Lou Retton Park.
Elkins will now play at 3 p.m. today in Fairmont against either Chapmanville or Elk District.
