Burnet County Jail bookings for July 2-8, 2021 - DailyTrib.com

The following people were arrested and booked into the Burnet County Jail during the period of July 2-8, 2021, according to Burnet County sheriff’s logs. City of residence and release information are listed when available. This list does not constitute an official court document, and all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Carlos Nicolas Cuellar, 24, of Marble Falls was arrested July 2: aggravated assault with deadly weapon, possession of controlled substance, duty on striking unattended vehicle. Released same day on $34,000 bond.

Jack Dilon Dickison, 28, of Burnet was arrested July 2: driving while intoxicated.

Billy Ray Jackson, 63, of Burnet was arrested July 2: driving while intoxicated.

Scott Lightfoot, 42, of Marble Falls was arrested July 2: assault causing bodily injury-family violence, assault. Released July 3 on $3,000 bond.

Shanon Glen Williams, 44, of Granite Shoals was arrested July 2: bail jumping/failure to appear. Released July 8 on $7,500 bond.

Cody Steven Thomas, 40, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested July 4: criminal mischief, public intoxication. Released July 5 on $2,750 bond.

Becky Fay Cochran, 44, of Spicewood was arrested July 5: harassment. Released July 6 on $3,000 bond.

Melinda Downey, 29, of Burnet was arrested July 5: resisting arrest/search/transport, evading arrest/detention, assault causing bodily injury-family violence.

Jesus Alonso Lopez, 33, of Marble Falls was arrested July 5: failure to appear-criminal mischief, violation of ordinance-animal at large, violation of ordinance-registration of animal, violation of ordinance-failure to appear.

Danilo Manolo Mateo-Gomez, 32, of Burnet was arrested July 5: assault causing bodily injury-family violence. Released July 6 on $3,000 bond.

Joseph Marvel Aplon IV, 18, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested July 6: sexual assault of child. Released July 7 on $25,000 bond.

Melinda Downey, 29, of Burnet was arrested July 6: assault by contact-family violence.

Patrick Clay Felan, 37, of Burnet was arrested July 6: assault causing bodily injury-family violence. Released same day on $2,500 bond.

Rocky David Gwin, 34, of Marble Falls was arrested July 6: unauthorized use of vehicle, criminal trespass.

Michael Kelly Mace, 40, of Burnet was arrested July 6: driving while intoxicated, unlawfully carrying handgun. Released July 7 on $3,000 bond.

Laura Lynnette McAdams, 56, of Spicewood was arrested July 6: driving while intoxicated. Released July 8 on $10,000 bond.

John Arnold McDowell, 48, of Marble Falls was arrested July 6: possession of controlled substance, bail jumping/failure to appear, failure to appear-possession of controlled substance.

Tabbitha Sabriena Schwier, 41, of Marble Falls was arrested July 6: driving while intoxicated, duty on striking fixture/highway landscape, resisting arrest/search/transport. Released July 7 on $5,500 bond.

Becky Fay Cochran, 44, of Spicewood was arrested July 7: violation of bond/protective order. Released July 8 on $2,500 bond.

Eric Thomas Hattig, 33, of Spicewood was arrested July 7: theft of property. Released July 8 on $1,500 bond.

Matthew Wade Helms, 32, of Bertram was arrested July 7: assault causing bodily injury-family violence.

Barbara Marie Pizzurro, 67, of Kingsland was arrested July 7: driving while intoxicated. Released same day on $1,500 bond.

Robbin Warren Amos, 36, of Marble Falls was arrested July 8: bond forfeiture-criminal mischief, bond forfeiture-failure to identify/giving false information.

Jessica Lynn Cooksey, 31, of Granite Shoals was arrested July 8: assault by contact-family violence, failure to appear.

Henry Ledesma, 44, of Burnet was arrested July 8: burglary of habitation.
