The Leopards earned the first point of the match with two victories in doubles action. At No. 2, Lafayette’s Josh Wolfe and Nash Lovallo took a 6-3 win over Holy Cross’ Mike Prokopis and Jimmy Hennessey, while William Barry and Ross Coleman nabbed a 6-0 win at No. 3 doubles against the Crusaders’ Matt Fagan and John McTernan.
Barry, Wolfe, and Lovallo all picked up singles wins for Lafayette to clinch the win.
The Leopards will now face top-seeded Navy in the quarterfinals Friday at 11 a.m.
