Province and Gruyon Win at No. 2 Doubles
ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Host Muhlenberg downed visiting Washington College, 8-1, on Saturday afternoon in Centennial Conference men's tennis action at Kern Field Courts.

Doubles
- Muhlenberg and Washington split the two doubles matches that were competed. The Shoremen's Andrew Province and Christian Gruyon won, 8-4, at No. 2 doubles over the Mules' duo of Noah Sellinger and Noah Dunn. Muhlenberg's tandem of Benedict Kohler and Jason Grant won at No. 1 doubles over the team of Landon Strober and Ian Hewes, 8-2.
- The Mules' team of Gavin Meyers and Aaron Kronick were awarded victory at No. 3 due to the Shoremen unable to field a team.
Singles
- Kronick got the victory at No. 1 singles, 4-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-3) over Strober as Muhlenberg earned the point in all six singles matches.
- Sellinger edged Hewes in three sets at No. 2 singles, 5-7, 6-4, 1-0 (10-3).
- Grant bested Province at No. 3 singles, 6-3, 6-3, and Dunn downed Gruyon, 6-4, 6-4.
- Meyers was awarded the win at No. 5 singles and Kronick got the victory at No. 6 singles as the Shoremen had nobody to play against them.
Notes
- Washington is 3-6 overall, while Muhlenberg improves to 4-2 on the season. The Shoremen are 2-4 in the conference, while the Mules are 4-2.
