Twelve Schools Serving Coral Springs Had Covid-19 Cases Nov. 8-14 - TAPinto.net

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – Twelve schools in Coral Springs had 21 cases of Covid-19 among students, teachers, staff, and other people during the week of Nov. 8-14, according to the Florida Department of Health.

The Florida Department of Health data came from Broward County Health Department as part of the information gathered on those who have tested positive for the virus.

It’s not clear how many, if any, of the 21 people remain positive as of Tuesday.

Here are the schools, according to the data:

- Coral Glades High School: one student and one teacher, both with symptoms.

- Coral Park Elementary School: one student with no symptoms.

- City of Coral Springs Charter School: one student with no symptoms.

- Coral Springs High School: two students and one teacher, all with symptoms.

- County Hills Elementary School: two students, one with symptoms and the other with no symptoms.

- Forest Glen Middle School: one student with no symptoms.

- J. P. Taravella High School: one staff member with symptoms.

- Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School: one student with symptoms.

- Ramblewood Elementary School: two teachers, both with no symptoms.

- Ramblewood Middle School: two students, one with symptoms and one was unknown.

- Renaissance Charter School at Coral Springs: one student with no symptoms.

- Riverside Elementary School: four students, one with symptoms, two with no symptoms, and one was unknown.
