MetroNews This Morning 8-28-20 - West Virginia MetroNews

asianpostmedia.blogspot.com

Flooding is a threat headed into the weekend in West Virginia. Heavy rains overnight caused low level flooding in parts of Central WV, but what is leftover from Laura is coming tonight. Ohio County will send out applications for absentee ballots to all voters in the county. Controversial changes in guidance from the CDC will not impact Covid 19 testing in West Virginia. This would have been the first night of high school football, but that’s postponed until next week, but Fred Persinger will still be on the air tonight with MetroNews Gamenight. In other sports, Martinsburg football is shutdown for another week due to a positive Covid 19 test and the much talked about Marshal vs. East Carolina Game is postponed. Those stories and more in today’s MetroNews This Morning podcast.
