By meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump, South Korean President Moon Jae-in had hoped he could rescue faltering nuclear talks with North Korea. But it appears no breakthrough emerged from the two leaders' meeting Thursday. As VOA's Bill Gallo reports from Seoul, that leaves Moon in a tricky position.
