North Korea Cancellation Threats a Bargaining Tool, Analysts Say

After a months-long diplomatic thaw in relations, North Korea on Wednesday abruptly threatened to withdraw from planned talks between U.S. President Donald Trump and Leader Kim Jong Un. Analysts tell VOA's Korea service that the move may be a negotiating tactic ahead of the summit scheduled for June 12 in Singapore. VOA's Jesusemen Oni reports.
