Nearly 100,000 Kachin internally displaced persons who remain in 165 camps in Myanmar's Kachin and Northern Shan state have faced chronic displacement since the conflict between the Kachin Independence Army and Myanmar forces resumed in 2011 after a 17-year cease-fire.
