Sunni militant groups in Pakistan frequently target Shiites across the country for their faith. But one Shiite community seems to have a constant target on their backs. The government is providing the Hazaras extra protection. But the protection is stifling them economically and makes them feel imprisoned in their own community. VOA’s Ayesha Tanzeem tells us why.
