China's Earthquake Administration said Sunday it detected a 6.3 magnitude earthquake in North Korea that was a "suspected explosion."
South Korea's military says the quake in was artificial and it is analyzing it to determine if it’s a nuclear test.
The Chinese administration said in a statement on its website that the quake occurred around 11:30 a.m. (0330 GMT) and was recorded at a depth of zero kilometers.
