US-South Korea Summit Could Expose Strains in Alliance

The first summit between South Korean President Moon Jae-in and U.S. President Donald Trump will occur next week (June 28) in the wake of the death of Otto Warmbier, the U.S. student who had been held prisoner in N. Korea for over 15 months.. Both leaders are expected to emphasize the common threat of the repressive and nuclear armed Kim Jong Un regime. But Brian Padden in Seoul reports increasing differences over security and trade could undermine the show of unity.
